Some if not All ULX commands.   (Delta Gaming Background) How long have you been a part of the Delta Gaming community? 24 hours but I saw your in desperate need of staff Who/what made you want to apply for staff? (at least 200 words): one of my many reasons for wanting to be apart of the staff team is due to the fact is i miss being apart of a wonderful community that I get to serve also, I can get along with pretty much everyone and I am very friendly, I know the rules and can spot a rule-breaker easily because as previous warns will act as knowledge and experience for when I look for said rule-breakers. I am a fast learner and i can listen really well my ability to read peoples voices will help me excel in reports and with my experience as staff will help me in the said reports aswell as i know most scenarios and that i know what i will be looking for, in the before I got into MRP I had over 25 total hours and in this community  I want to make my current time double at least so a total of 1k hours which in todays standards may not be much but it still shows i have the resolve for being staff. I am also wanting to help a community that is in desperate need of staff even if I hate the minges during the day I will always take care of them. Do any staff members recommend you for staff? If so list them here.N/AScenario QuestionsIt is recommended to go into detail for these.  Player A has been accused of microphone spamming, however Player A accuses Player B of doing the same. How would you act on this report? I would ask both of them if they had any proof of them Microphone spamming if they did screen share it to me or send it if they didn’t dismiss the sit because there was no proof. Player A has randomly shot Player B and Player B reports Player A for RDM, how do you respond to the report?  First I would ask if player B if they had proof if they didn’t check Klogs to see who shot first then warn and jail for 60s the person who shot first and/or killed the player. Player A has been teaming up with Player B, and they are both killing everyone else. How do you respond to the report? Ban both players for MassRDM Player A, who is a staff member, is spawning in weapons. How do you respond to this?  First get proof of them doing it then  send it to a management member.Player A is talking to Player C about killing Player B and Player D after they accidently shot Player A. And the issue had been resolved previously. However, Player A insists on shooting and killing Player B & D. How do you respond to this? Warn Player A for RDMx2 and jail for 60s because the issue was already resolved l A Mass group of people join and begin to take the roleplay as a joke and begin to fool around, what do you do? I would first give them all a Verbal Warning then if they continue a warning for Fail RP then a  one-two day ban if they continue. (About you) What makes you unique to other applicants? Why should we choose you? (at least 250 words): To start i have a clean record i'm not the type that likes causing trouble i'm just there to do my job and enforce the rules. To continue i have a lot of experience staffing wise and when i mean a lot i mean a lot. I always loved implicating myself more into things that i can implicate myself in. I also know how to control myself and when i need to pull back because i'm going out the limits. When i have bad days i don't make people feel like i just had a bad day because they have nothing to do with it they're just normal players they're not playing the MRP server to have a member yelling at them for something they're probably not even aware of. I know when somebody is just there to troll or mess around by that i mean that i know when to give a chance or to take action on a person  I love to help make the server that i am staff on the best possible RP experience for the players and to stop rule breakers and inform new players in need of help  .i am also a very hard working person i am very easy to get along with, I have a lot of prior experience in the field of server moderation.  I am also very mature i dont get mad too easily and i am very good under pressure and I don't let people push me around or take advantage over me. What are your goals as a Delta Gaming staff member? (at least 200 words)M y two main goals as a staff member. I’m usually up until 6:00 PM CST so staff could benefit from this by allowing us to monitor with more staff on at the current time or staff that are in game. My primary objective as a staff is to retain order and enjoyment to the highest level possible. I want Deltas MRP server to be as enjoyable and RP-like as possible. I aim for newcomers(and hopefully everyone vet or newbie) to feel welcomed and at home at all times. As a staff member l want to bring Mass RDM, Minges, RDM, and Fail RP to its knees. I find myself too dedicated to my time on this server. It's usually all I do outside of work, to include I only work 5 hours during the following weekdays, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I have a very flexible schedule and I’m always looking forward to helping people. I love and enjoy what I do on the server and the people I’ve made close bonds with, unfortunately if it comes to it, I'm willing to do what must be done. What previous experience do you have moderating/administrating a community/game?
