Banned my Sith from base on the night of 6/11/2021 with false info and when hand witnessed and the people that called my Sith onto base ignored them and kept my ban, on 6/12/2021 (bad RP event) Baddie falsely accused a 212th trooper of say classified info, he then got arrested tried to play it off failed and got told that's not how you do it, got with 6 people on not all active i shot Leslor which he was fine with it, Baddie called a AOS on me which i accepted and got arrested, i spent a good amount of time in jail and at like the last min i was pulled out and dragged to main hanger where he said i would be getting a double punishment which is extreamely dumb and idiotic, people told him he cant do that so he said it was team building the team building was pushing a large statue from hanger to brig which is PT not team building we said we did not want to participate where he said we would be demoted if we didnt we still refused to participate. after that i was cursed out and called named by two people on the server that seem to be baddies friends.

6/11/2021 - Sith Ban Incident. The CO-Owner had asked me to ban High Inquisitor Crimson Val’tor from stepping onto base on account of information that neither of knew at the time was false, but upon my judgment I trusted the CO-Owners words over others. 6/12/2021 - 212th LCPL Incident. Poor planning and lack of understanding from someone who has no idea what their doing when it comes to gmod, I was in a discord call with Krymax but she really has no idea what we talk about.  6/12/2021 - IC attack on MCMD Incident. I was standing on the third floor of the main lobby speaking with then 2LT Quassant and I am fired upon. After Identifying my Assailant I called and AOS and met them in the brig, words were spoken and prior to me leaving the brig I stated that I have an alternate punishment rather than administrative actions I would teach him a lesson on brotherhood and how it’s important to never point your weapons or fire upon your brothers who stand next to you on the field of battle. I then walked out to the MHB, got a statue ready and called for shock to bring Shades to the outside of MHB where I was waiting. I also called for Leslor to accompany in MHB for this activity.  The exercise was to push a statue from the outside of MHB to the Brig as a team. The purpose of the exercise isn’t achieving the objective but rather that as a Tier 1 unit you can come together and attempt to tackle any task no matter how hard or tedious. As the “best of the best” I expected no task be to big for them to handle but upon them not following directions and having to restart after barely moving across the MHB area they quit and refused orders to do so. I called an AOS on them for insubordination and as they continued to flee the base threatened demotion. The threatens of demotion on my part may have been pushing it and I opted to drop the situation to confer further actions with High Command about the quality of command within our Tier 1 unit. As for the incident at the end, I don’t know who did it, and any cursing out or name calling was not suggested by me myself.  

[b]-1[/b] Whole situation seems extremely messy with both sides missing important context. I think you should both call and talk this whole situation out because clearly your report either is intentionally missing information or you missed something, and clearly baddie has some more explaining to do when it comes down to certain things addressed here. Overall both parties messed up and should hash this out over private messages.
